If you would like to discuss any element of this document, please ring me on 01925 320260.

I understand and agree that my booking is subject to the following terms.

Relating to all packages:

1. Copyright of the photographs will reside with the photographer.

2. In order to ensure the overall quality of the photographs provided, the photographer reserves the right to delete and/or edit selected images before any delivery.

3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances causing an inability to deliver photographs of the event, the photographer will repay all fees paid by the client but will have no liability beyond this. The reasons include but are not limited to loss of the photographic record (such as through hard disk or memory card failure), an inability to attend the event (such as due to illness) and equipment failure at the event.

4. The photographer reserves the right to use any of the images for the purposes of promotion, advertising, photographic competitions or obtaining photographic qualifications. The photographer will not use the photographs for direct financial gain without prior agreement.

5. While at the event, the photographer will endeavour to take any specific photographs requested by the client. However, there is no liability whatsoever should the photographer not take any or all of the photographs requested.

6. If the photographer is covering the event until the evening meal, the clients are respectfully requested to provide the photographer (and photographers assistant, if one is present) with a meal of some description. If one will not be available, the client must let the photographer know before the wedding date.

7. Unless otherwise agreed and in writing or email, the final balance of the coverage fee is due 30 days before the wedding day.

8. In any and all circumstances, the maximum liability by the photographer will be the fee paid to the photographer by the client.

Relating to the image files:

9. The client is permitted to make copies of any or all of the photographs for their own use or for distribution to friends and family. The client or their friends or family are permitted to print any or all of the photographs as many times as required. The client or their friends or family are not permitted to benefit commercially or financially in any way from any of the photographs.

10. The photographer will endeavour to send the final set of images within 6 weeks. If the photographer feels there is a likelihood of significantly further delay, the photographer will inform the client. If the client requests any further work, the photographer will give an estimate of the timescale.

Relating to an album:

11. The photographer will endeavour to deliver the completed album to the client within 16 weeks. This timescale is dependent on the client responding within 1 week to a request for a list of photographs to include in the album. If the photographer feels there is a likelihood of significantly further delay, the photographer will inform the client. If the client requests any further work, the photographer will give an estimate of the timescale.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space empty_h=”2″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
